Even if your friend or family member isn't planning on celebrating their 25th birthday with a party, you can still make the day special for them by creating some handmade items that they can enjoy. An easy way to do this project is to buy a headband, which can be cheaply priced, and affix the number '25' onto the top. You could even use the same or similar '25' that you made as a wall hanging. This way, everyone they meet will know it's their birthday!
